1 General Information and Scope

2 Account Registration and Verification

3 Age Restrictions and Prohibitions

• A 10x wagering requirement applies to use the bonus.
• Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus. Total wagering required: (৳1,000 + ৳1,200) × 10 = ৳22,000.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus once only.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers must be used within a specified period — expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be applied at the same time.
• qk99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus for credible reasons.
• Bonus abuse, such as meeting wagering requirements through matched betting, is not acceptable.

VIP Program

• Bronze level: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver level: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold level: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
• You can advance to a higher level through consistent and active participation.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

8 Account Suspension and Closure
